[Gtk-sharp-list] generated dir in gtk-sharp src

Hey,

I went and got the rpm for gtk-sharp0.11 and after installation in
gtk-sharp-0.11/gtk there is a dir call generated which has all the c#
wrapping for the gtk.  Now when i went and got both the CVS version and
tar.bzip, ran normal install (./configure make make install) found the
generated dir was not there.  Do have have to install these packings of
gtk-sharp differently to get the autogenerated files located in the
generated dir?
