[Gtk-sharp-list] gtksharp.nsi for a Windows Installer of gtk#

I think it is a good idea as well, however, cvs remove is a bad idea for =
any
piece of code, regardless of its upkeep.
The glue makefile.win32 has had its upkeep slack fairly often, but it =
stays
there. It is better to have it there and be outdated, then to have =
nothing
at all, at least it gives an idea of what might need some work :)
