[Gtk-sharp-list] missing libglade in gtk# for win32

hi johannes,

thanks for such a nice setup. 
i'm still not able to run glade# based applications on win32, compiling
is not a problem (i'm using gtk-sharp-0.6-stable-2.exe). on starting
mono prints some error messages about the missing libglade-2.0.dll.  it
seems not be included in your package.

for me gtk# only works, when installing it to the default mono directory
(c:\mono-0.17\install or so). when installing it to another directory
mono can't find gtk libraries and so on. do i have to setup an
environment variable or something ?
