Nobody has stepped forward to volunteer yet.  It would be great if you
could get the ball rolling on this.

Crayon on the back of a napkin would be fine with me.  Seriously though,
you might want to check out the mono-docs-list archives and start up
some discussion there.  I don't know if they've discussed tutorial
formats yet.
