[Group-leaders] job announcements

This is something I'd like to start doing as well. We're actually
interviewing someone right now that I met through my group who said he
really wants to stick with Xamarin's tools but hasn't been able to find any
job options here, so he was toying with having to go the native route.
Hopefully he's good and we can save him from that :)
