I am Onorio Catenacci, a software engineer from Quicken Loans in Detroit.  A few of us at QL have been working to spread the good word about Xamarin within the ranks of our firm.  I have also been working to use F# to build Android apps--soon hope to do a bit with F# in iOS apps.  This is the most exciting thing to me about the whole Xamarin story--the support for F#. 


Rob Gibbens, Jon Dick and myself are heading up the Detroit .Net Mobile Users’ Group here in Southeast Michigan.  I don’t mean to speak for them but I believe we’re soon going to start a membership drive.

Hello Everyone

Welcome to the Xamarin Group Leaders mailing list.  We have created this list to facilitate communication between organizers of Xamarin-related user groups across the world.




To kick things off, I’d like to invite everyone on the list to introduce themselves.  It would be great if you could share your name, the name/locations of any user groups you are associated with, and any other details about your group which you think might be relevant (most recent/upcoming topics, group size, etc).  




Also, if there is anything in particular you hope to learn or gain by participating, now would be a good time to share that, too.
