[Moonlight-list] issue while using mono light mscorlib.dll

I am getting following error message while compiling any C# code with
moonlight mscorlib.dll

In Test code if I am trying to use following way to access the array
uint [] temp = new unit[3] {5, 4, 8};

I am getting following error.

error CS0656: The compiler required member
`System.Runtime.InteropServices.StructLayoutAttribute..ctor(short)

Please suggest why I am getting this error and the solution for this.
