[Moonlight-list] 1.99.7 plugin doesn't install

I have Firefox 3.0.14 (Kubuntu Karmic). The plugin downloaded correctly
afaict, but it just sits in the Extensions tab saying it will be installed
on firefox restart. I have now restarted firefox via the restart button,
killing firefox and rebooting, and the plugin still says it will install on
the next firefox restart.

any thoughts?
