Yes. If you write a Silverlight 2.0 based app it will run unmodified on
Moonlight 2.0.

This is actually a bug which was reported to us 2 days ago by someone using
your site. With a 2 line fix applied to svn it loads up without crashing and
gives this output:

That should improve as time goes on. The next preview should hopefully
contain a fix for the crash and allow you to experiment further.
