[MonoTouch] Invalid binary

You might want to try downloading the older Xcode 4.2 from Apple's site and
try again, possibly even comparing the final app bundle between Xcode
versions to see where the difference is.

Apple's documentation says this about "Invalid binary":

"Appears when your binary has been received through Application Loader but
did not meet all requirements for upload. You will receive an email
detailing the issue with your binary and how to resolve." (from here:
https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/iTunesConnect_DeveloperGuide.pdf)

If you didn't get a mail then I suggest you contact Apple asking why -
trying to figure out what's wrong otherwise will be like stumbling around
in the dark (maybe somebody else on this list has run into this already?
Google and stackoverflow seems to indicate that the actual issue differs
between each case though, so what worked for somebody else may not work for
you).

In any case I'll try to reproduce the issue myself, but this may take some
time.
