[MonoTouch] Dropbox integration using simple UI

I think the problem was I was looking at apps which were all using the old
style Dropbox API (v0), I think re-directing to Dropbox via Safari (or local
DB app if installed) for authorisation is the correct way of doing things,
at least for now.
