[MonoTouch] Application failed codesign verification

I was finally successful in uploading the app to the app store by unchecking
the "Use LLVM optimizing compiler". I had the supported architecture set to
Arm v7 and Use Thumb-2 instruction set for ARMv7 when using the LLVM
compiler.

It appears that was causing the errors I was seeing, although I'm not sure
why.
