[MonoTouch] Application failed codesign verification

Full message:
Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid,
contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an iPhone
Distribution Certificate.

I'm getting this error every once in a while when pushing a build to the app
store using Application Loader. I'm not sure why sometimes it fails (with
this error) and sometimes goes through ok. I'm not changing anything related
to the build process, so wonder why it sometimes fails or succeeds. I don't
think the message itself is accurate, as I have managed to get it work a
couple of times by cleaning the project (a number of times) and rebuilding
(after a number of attempts).

Anyone else seeing this?
