[MonoTouch] Infinite Flight Approved and Available in the App Store!

Hi Matt,
   Congratulations to everyone at Flying Development Studio on getting 
this excellent title out.
I know it has been tough the last couple of weeks.

I would also like to thank Matt and his team, for contributing all the 
3D changes they made to MonoGame,
back to the project. This will save us an enormous amount of time in 
getting MonoGame v3.0 out in the next few months.

So far the game has 6 5/5 reviews, so let's hope that translates into 
amazing sales too.
