[MonoTouch] Im tired of MonoDevelop, want to use Visual Studio for coding and refactoring

Thank you Slodge, just set it all up now and works surprisingly well!

Im looking for an option in MD to auto reload files if they have been
modified externally now... which doesn't seem to exist. Looks like you have
to go through each file to confim the reload. At least MD highlights the
files that have changed.

Damn, VS is so much better. Thanks SO MUCH for this.
