[MonoTouch] UIKeyboardType.DecimalPad with next button

Does anyone have any pointers on how to add a Next button to a
UIKeyboard.DecimalPad text field? I'm using Monotouch.Dialog, but if I can
figure out how to do it either way, that'd be great.
