[MonoTouch] Using MonoTouch Profiler with a real device

Yes, it is supported on a device.

Reading your description below, it sounds like you may have launched the
app manually and then selected profile. If that's the case, just select
profile and it will launch the app and heap shot. It takes a few seconds to
start up as well.

Also, you need to enable profiling, debug and sgen.
