[MonoTouch] Strange issue iOS5.1 vs Environment.SpecialFolder.Personal

Did I miss something? It's not on the release notes there.... I
normally read them at least a little bit.... :)

(doesn't matter now, but would be good to know if I'm smoking crack
and missed it)
