[MonoTouch] Outlet Collections

Hi Anders,

MonoDevelop currently doesn't support Outlet Collections, but there is a
feature request open for it here if you'd like to add yourself to the Cc
list: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1962

I'll try implementing this soon.
