[MonoTouch] MT.Dialog - dependencies between RadioSelections

I have a MT.Dialog that has two RadioSelection groups - one is State, the
other is County.

When the State selection changes, I need to repopulate the datasource for
county.

Is there a good (or not-horribly-bad) way to do this with the standard
MT.Dialog?
