[MonoTouch] TouchesEnded doesn't always fire after a pinch event

Hi guys,
Odd one here, Im using a pinch event to resize something on the screen but I
need to know when the pinch has completed. Im currently using TouchesEnded,
but it doesn't always fire.

Whats the best way to tell when the pinch has ended?
