[MonoTouch] MonoTouch.Dialog, position of image in ImageStringElement

Hi guys,
Struggling with this, I can't see an obvious way of aligning the image in an
ImageStringElement. I can set the text alignment but not the image, its
always to the left. I want to display it right aligned.

Any suggestions? Ive tried overriding and looked for the appropriate
properties in GetCell, but can't see anything obvious.
