[MonoTouch] CGImageSource from file

Hi Jason,
You found a bug in MonoTouch (
https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3717).
You can quite easily work around it by passing a CGImageOptions:
CGImageSource.FromData (data, new CGImageSourceOptions ());
