[MonoTouch] App is crashing at random - the app completely freezes indefinitely

No, but you were getting the same warning in the device log - so my thought
was that it might be a related issue.

Also, if you google for the warning you'll see that it looks related to
UIWebView.

Can you get a symbolicated version? If you view the crash report in Xcode's
organizer it should symbolicate automatically after a few seconds (assuming
you're accessing the crash report on the machine you built on, and you
didn't rebuild causing the debug info (dSYM) directory to be deleted).
