[MonoTouch] Do the makers of Monodevelop actually test the application?

True, but on Windows clicking VS.NET icon launches new instance. It does not
jump to open window. On MD Mac it jumps to open window. Thus there is no
non-geeky way to launch a 2nd+ window.

Adding right click option to MD icon may be another option. I am not a Mac
UI guru by any means.
