[MonoTouch] How to build for Ad-Hoc Distribution?

Hi all,

I am following the document to do this:
  http://docs.xamarin.com/ios/tutorials/building_for_distribution

But I don't understand how to create "Entitlements.plist" file in Monotouch
2.8.1. Although the document tells that "no additional steps are necessary".
But I really don't know which steps I can skip. Or say indeed I don't know
what is the old steps to do this at all.

On the screen, I see a figure "New File" to creating "Entitlements.plist".
But I don't know how to call up this screen.
