[MonoTouch] Fixed Column Headers in UITableView

Can anyone tell me how to display column headers in a UITableView. I've been
combing lots of web pages looking for a "how-to", found some articles
talking about it but no examples.

Something like this:
First Name                  Last Name               Address
----------------------------------------------------------------
John                           Smith                      123 Street
Jane                           Smith                      456 Street
...

Where the data scrolls, but not the column headers. Should I just fix some
labels on top of the table view?
