[MonoTouch] WebViewController with iOS5 and monotouch 4.2.1

This turns out to be some subtlety around what you can do inside of the
window.onload (or jquery ready) event.  I'm getting different behavior with
iOS 5 in this regard - still haven't narrowed it down.
