[MonoTouch] gebe printer bluetooth

I'm looking for a sample of how to implement the gebeprinter in a mono touch

I provided bindings for the GeBe printer on the monotouch-bindings module.

Since I do not have a printer myself, I could not test that the bindings
work, but the customer that requested never complained about it.
