[MonoTouch] Do the makers of Monodevelop actually test the application?

In this scenario, the best possible outcome is to use "open -n
/Applications/MonoDevelop.app"

I agree that it would be nicer to have a new toplevel window, and we will
consider doing that change as part of our work to improve the UI in
MonoDevelop.
