[MonoTouch] Strange Debugging Behavior w/ MonoDevelop?

When setting breakpoints and debugging, I noticed that the [locals] and
[watch] tabs in MD appear to cause the app to lose focusŠ..  If I click to
expand a property/item in the control tree, I need to cycle out of MD and
back in, and then the UI becomes responsive again.

Anyone see this before?
