[MonoTouch] new to IOS... looking for some more IB info

Howdy group,

I am new to developing for iOS (I am currently a Graphic Artist/UI Developer
concentrating on
Silverlight/XNA and Wp7)... i have gone through the Getting Started stuff
on Xamarin's site... I was hoping for some deeper dive tutorials on IB
itself... my
searching hasnt really lead me to anything substantial.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a site that is dedicated to IB itself
and UI for iOS or
perhaps a really good deep dive book that you have experienced?

Any pointers in the right direction would be wonderful.
