[MonoTouch] MonoDevelop 2.8.1 does not recognize iOS SDK 5.0

Oh I think I made the same mistake last time... Running the Xcode 4.X DMG
file only installs the installer, it doesn't install the entire environment.
If so, I guess I'm the only person that keeps making that mistake.
