[MonoTouch] MonoDevelop 2.8.1 does not recognize iOS SDK 5.0

Hi,

Are you installing the iOS SDK/Xcode to a non-default location?

Also have in mind that you'll need to install MonoTouch after the
Xcode install, since Xcode may wipe out the MonoTouch install.
