You should note that export compliance does not imply it is legal for
import in all jurisdictions.

I think many will cry when they read this but many countries REQUIRE the
use of Triple DES over AES (RijndaelManaged) because it allows them to
enforce a policy where you must be configured to use a mode of 3DES
where you Encrypt Decrypt Encrypt with the SAME 56 bit key  giving you
the equivalent of DES which is VERY weak.
