[MonoTouch] MonoTouch Encryption and Export Compliance

Hi trip, Nic,
This is really a question for Sebastien Pouliot, so I'll poke him about this
thread.
My understanding would be NO to the first question and YES to the second
question. I'm pretty sure monotouch currently implements its own crypto
algorithms rather than using the underlying implementations provided by iOS.
There are plans to try and take advantage of the underlying iOS
implementations, but I don't think that's been done yet.
