[MonoTouch] New Mono 2.8 & MonoTouch 3.6 UI Builder not updating

Hi technohead,

Ideally MonoDevelop's migration logic would make it painless to upgrade and
not have any bugs :-)

I saw a commit go in this morning by Alan McGovern that looked like it might
solve some (all?) of these Outlets issues. This fix should be in MonoDevelop
2.8.2.
