[MonoTouch] Do the makers of Monodevelop actually test the application?

Are there still too many pain points in the MT/MD combo to want to use it in an environment where you need to spend time writing product and not dealing with toolset issues?

I was under the impression that MD was almost a daily-driver again - what show stoppers currently exist?
