[MonoTouch] Do the makers of Monodevelop actually test the application?

Your saying debugging works for you all the time? I've come so close to
throwing my phone against a wall several times trying to get it to connect!

I've tried all different approaches, including disabling USB debugging, but
Its still very hit and miss (works maybe 3-4 out of every 10 cases)
