[MonoTouch] Is AVTime in AVFoundation bound?

What im looking for is the AVTime "additions" it adds to NSValue.

In the link above, to create an NSValue object with a CMTime value, I need
to use valueWithCMTime: 

How do I do this in Monotouch?

Its not part of CMTime and I cant find AVTime (the original link had an
AVTime.h mentioned in it).
