[MonoTouch] International language setting cause UIButton's TouchUpInside not invoked

Hi,

We find a bug related to international languages. 

If in iphone simulator, the language is set to Chinese and I put one
UITextField and UIButton in the root view. After I input something into
UITextField(no matter english or Chinese) and click the button,
TouchUpInside won't get invoked and simulator is hanged. I had tried some
other languages, it works fine with Franch and the same problem happens for
Japanese. 

Does anyone know there is a workaround?
