[MonoTouch] Professional to Enterprise upgrade?

I'm potentially about to embark on an iOS project, using Monotouch. At the
moment, a Professional license will suffice. In the future, though, it
highly likely that we will need to offer enterprise distribution.

Is there an upgrade path from Profession to Enterprise and, if so, how much
does it cost?

I see mention of "Professional Upgrade" in the shop, but I'm assuming this
is referring to the license renewal on an existing purchase? (it's a little
unclear)
