[MonoTouch] PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Fix the debugging problems

I've had a few minor issues with USB debugging, but finding it a lot more
reliable now in MonoDevelop 2.8 / MT 5.0
I used to find switching wifi off on my device (iPhone) made it much more
reliable over USB
