[MonoTouch] PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Fix the debugging problems

Same problems here. I thought i was spoiled with the excellent debugging
capabilities of Visual Studio, so i was a bit reluctant to complain... but
debugging is an absolute pain at the moment.
