[MonoTouch] PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Fix the debugging problems

This has slowed my development down to a crawl these last few weeks. Ive
tried disabling usb debugging, but still problems.

Regularly it takes so long for the debugger to initialize that iOS kills my
app. 
I have to at the very least deploy to the device for EVERY debug session.
Sometimes debugging just stops half way through for no reason. I try to step
onto the next line, and the next line isnt highlighted. It just stays with
no current execution line until I kill it.
I reguarly get Unhandled Exception errors from monodevelop when trying to
debug my own app errors
Often, deploy to device doesnt work, so have to do full rebuild.
Often, rebuild doesnt work either, have to reset device and restart
computer.

I cant be the only one with all these problems?
