[MonoTouch] Quick App Need Converted - Paying

Morning all (for me anyway)... Ok, Im hoping maybe someone has some 
time, and interest, I wrote a real fast VB.NET windows app this 
morning.  What I am hoping to find is a means to learn by example.  So I 
am looking
for someone to make an iPhone (IOS 5) and Android app, of this app.  All 
it does is send out packets on the WIFI UDP network, and also receive 
them and display.  Trust me, not much code at all underneath.

In the zip is a TXT file for what I want the app screens to do/look 
like.  With this, I will have working code I can use to teach myself 80% 
of what I need to do in my regular app.

Thoughts/comments?  (Yes Im wanting to pay someone, not a freebie request)


Im thinking 350 for the iphone, then 200 for the Android, pay thru 
paypal.  Cant be but maybe a few hours.  If I am wrong though, please 
let me know, as Im not familiar enough with XCODE designing for the GUI 
on the iPhone side.
