[MonoTouch] iOS 5 support

Hi Natalia,

A few other people have expressed similar feelings and the MonoDevelop team
is considering ways of making that easier to do. For what it's worth, if
it's not already in place, the web team will be making all past versions
available to you via your account page as well.
