[MonoTouch] Application Loader error after MD 2.8 build - Icons missing extensions

Hi Mark,

This is an issue that we are working quickly to fix (the Apple docs state
that we should not append ".png" but clearly they are wrong) if we haven't
already.

I believe that MonoDevelop 2.8.1 will have a fix for this issue and will be
released any day now.
