[MonoTouch] view-with-controller code generation problem

hi Jeff, the additional documentation and tutorials are a real help, great
stuff. The transition to xcode 4 and MD 2.8 also forces me to dig in deeper,
and i'm starting to understand the different paradigmes and the MVC patterns
a lot better now :)

I'm now very comfortable working with the xcode 4 / MD 2.8 combination.
