Hi Nicolas and Nic,
Nic is correct with the lack of books on the subject (covering Xcode 4
integration and in the future iOS 5 SDKs). We have recently launched our new
new Documentation site and all our "Getting Started" content is based around
using MonoDevelop 2.8 and Xcode 4 so that should get you up and running -
http://docs.xamarin.com/ios. We're going to be releasing a whole bunch more
up-to-date documentation on here so it's worth keep coming back and checking
in.
I hope this helps,
ChrisNTR
